Terms of Service
Effective July 2026
Orders & payment
All prices are shown in USD. When you place an order, we'll email you a confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — and we'll always tell you why.
Shipping
Orders ship within 2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days in the US. Shipping is free on orders over $75. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; if something goes wrong in transit, contact us and we'll make it right.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us for a prepaid label. Candles and journals must be unused. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
Intellectual property
The still. name, wordmark, product designs, photography, and site content belong to us. Please don't reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Community content
By tagging your posts with #stillmoments or @still.thebrand, you give us permission to feature your post (with credit) on our site and social channels. If you'd like a featured post removed, message us and we'll take it down promptly.
Limitation of liability
Our products are provided as-is for personal use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
